Gift Aid Declaration

Gift Aid is a way for Grimsby Cleethorpes and Humber Region YMCA to increase the value of your monetary donations by claiming back the basic rate tax you pay. It can increase the value of your donations by a 25% at no extra cost to you.

• You must be a UK taxpayer in order to make this declaration.
• Please advise us of any changes in address, or if you stop being a tax payer.
• You can cancel this declaration at any time by notifying us.
Please fill out this short form, so that GCHR YMCA can claim Gift Aid on your generous donations:

  • I would like to Gift Aid all future donations until further notice and any proceeds from the sale of items I have donated to the YMCA Ambitions charity shop.
