GCHR YMCA is a value driven organisation, seeking to make a real difference through compassion, innovation, integrity and excellent work practices, delivering outstanding outcomes. No matter what people face, we refuse to compromise on hope.
We are a Christian organisation that seeks to serve people, and often these are young people in need.
We do not want to exist just to serve our own organisational needs and are aware that the size of the Peaks Lane Hostel has the capacity to consume attention and focus on occupancy and finance.
We want people to feel cared for as they work for us and also excited about supporting others.
We seek to employ people who share these values and wish to share our vision of making a difference.
We value diversity and want all people to be treated with respect.

Ambitions

On 21st February 2009, the young people at Grimsby Cleethorpes and Humber Region YMCA chose the name AMBITIONS to reflect the huge changes that were, and still are, taking place at GCHR YMCA.
